I pride myself on my training being very scientifically driven rather than driven by popular fads, and part of that means not taking the dogmatic approach of many other trainers that view everything as either good or bad.

Dogma is not a perspective the science supports, leading to my training and nutrition guidance being more nuanced and individualized.
